My expertise encompasses the instructional design process, adult learning principles, and evaluation techniques. I am skilled in utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, as well as Microsoft and Google suites.
As I progress in my career, I remain committed to keeping up with the latest trends in learning by actively exploring new content, reading extensively, experimenting with innovative software, and interacting with peers in the learning and development field.
What I bring to the table: My approach is guided by 12 years of experience in education. I place people at the center of the process. My assessment skills have been tuned to quickly and effectively identify knowledge and skill gaps, while tailoring experiences for authenticity.
